As a historian fascinated by Central European history, our family vacation at Hotel Kardosfa was a perfect blend of past and present. Set in the enchanting Zselic forest, once the lodge of the noble Esterhazy family, the hotel's historical charm is palpable.My little one, just a year old, slept soundly in the comfy child's cot provided, while my 4-year-old enjoyed the family-friendly bike rides through the picturesque surroundings. Exploring the Park of Stars observatory nearby was a hit with our curious minds.The welcoming staff's care made us feel right at home, and the spacious, cozy room was a peaceful retreat after a day of cycling adventures. The wellness area's forest view was truly rejuvenating for us all.For a family-friendly getaway immersed in nature and history, Hotel Kardosfa is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.
